Every moment at the conference was well spent. This conference was a great opportunity to interact with colleagues from other institutions of higher ed to discuss and learn from them about their recruiting, onboarding and other HR practices as well as how they utilize Hirezon/Interview Exchange platforms. I look forward to upcoming developments after hearing about new features and products from the Hirezon staff. Having the opportunity to talk with those that use Interview Exchange on a daily basis is one of the best ways to learn how to make the best use of the platforms we currently have and learn about the opportunities and capabilities of other Interview Exchange systems. Taking on the task of putting manual processes into a much more efficient electronic system can be overwhelming. Interview Exchange is able to share valuable insight from their experience in working with other higher education institutions. The ATS used for job postings and candidate applications is essential to our recruitment process.

It was fantastic witnessing Hirezon staff working though user questions in-person to provide assistance on the spot. The solutions and customization make Interview Exchange so amazing. I learned a lot from Hirezon staff and my peers at other Colleges/Universities who are using the same modules. I am very excited to explore new modules and continue to embrace all that Hirezon has to offer! They have always been very attentive to members/users and the appreciation that I heard from all the colleges present was a true testimony to the customer service provided both at the conference and throughout the year. I returned to the office with so many ideas for my college’s future. I can’t wait to get started enhancing what HR forms we use and adding more to make the screening/interview/and hiring processes more effective and efficient!

This conference was a great way to interact and network with other Higher Education HR professionals. I learned a great deal about what the IE modules can do for my institution. The conference is very well organized and I came away with a wealth of information about not only what Interview Exchange can do but how others use it it as well. Bay Path has now been utilizing several of the Hirezon suite of modules for almost two years. While we are happy with our process, the excellent presentations from other institutions allow us to think strategically about how to improve our ATS and onboarding to make the user experience even better and more efficient. We came back with many new ideas and plan to work them into our current process as soon as possible.

Interview Exchange continues to positively impact the search process at the University at Albany. Interview Exchange has also proven to be a great resource to our Office of Diversity and Inclusion, since the system provides the statistics that are essential to Federal Government reporting.
